I've been one of Dr. Shephard's patients for about 8 years now. My dad was a chiropractor, so to say I'm extremely picky when it comes to chiropractors is an understatement. It was hard for me to find someone I could trust as much as my dad, but Dr. Shephard has filled that role. I had very specific things I was looking for such as activator method and just the adjustment process. Dr. Shephard has been amazing and has kept me in great shape. I go once a month for maintenance, and he has helped me so many times when my back was hurting or I had ribs out of place and many other things. He has always been able to identify why I was in pain and help me so much, but he also just helps me stay in good shape even when I'm not hurting. He's also very friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. if you're looking for a good chiropractor, I highly recommend him.
